Send money directly to US bank accounts

You can pay people via their US bank account details, even if they don't have a Morse account.

Morse users* can send money directly to a US bank account — making it easy to pay anyone in the United States, even if they don't have Morse.

How to send money to a US bank account

  1. Tap the 'Transfer' button at the bottom of your home screen > 'Pay'

  2. Tap 'International payment' > 'United States'

  3. Enter the recipient's name, routing number, account number, and account type

    1. (Optional) Add the recipient's email address if you'd like them to receive an email receipt

  4. Enter the amount in USD you want to send

  5. Review the transaction details and tap 'Send'

Transactions typically arrive within 4 to 24 hours, with some banks taking up to 72 hours to receive the funds.

Fees and limits

There is no fee for American users to send money straight to a US bank account.

There's a small fee for international Morse users to directly pay a US bank account: US$0.50 or 0.25% of the amount being sent, whichever is more.

The maximum you can send is US$2,999 per transaction.

These payments are subject to your weekly and monthly withdrawal limits, which you can find by tapping your profile picture > 'Limits'.

* This feature is not currently available to Morse users in Europe.
