Send money directly to IBANs

You can pay people via their IBAN, even if they don't have a Morse account.

International Morse users* can send money directly to a IBAN — making it easy to pay anyone in Europe, even if they don't have Morse.

How to send money to an IBAN

  1. Tap the 'Transfer' button at the bottom of your home screen > 'Pay'

  2. Tap 'International payment' > 'Europe'

  3. Enter the recipient's name and IBAN

    1. (Optional) Add the recipient's email address if you'd like them to receive an email receipt

  4. Enter the amount in EUR you want to send

  5. Review the transaction details and tap 'Send'

Transactions typically arrive within a couple of minutes, if not less.

Fees and limits

There's a small fee for international Morse users to pay into an IBAN: US$0.50 or 0.25% of the amount being sent, whichever is more.

The maximum you can send is the EUR equivalent of US$2,999 per transaction.

These payments are subject to your weekly and monthly withdrawal limits, which you can find by tapping your profile picture > 'Limits'.

* This feature is not currently available to Morse users in Europe.
