Send money directly to CLABEs

You can pay people via their CLABE, even if they don't have a Morse account.

Morse users* can send money directly to a CLABE — making it easy to pay anyone in Mexico, even if they don't have Morse.

How to send money to a CLABE

  1. Tap the 'Transfer' button at the bottom of your home screen > 'Pay'

  2. Tap 'International payment' > 'Mexico'

  3. Enter the recipient's name and CLABE

    1. (Optional) Add the recipient's email address if you'd like them to receive an email receipt

  4. Enter the amount in MXN you want to send

  5. Review the transaction details and tap 'Send'

Transactions typically arrive within a couple of minutes, if not less.

Fees and limits

There is no fee for Mexican users to send money directly to a CLABE.

There's a small fee for international Morse users: US$0.50 or 0.25% of the amount being sent, whichever is more.

The minimum you can send is 20 MXN, and the maximum is 50,000 MXN.

These payments are subject to your weekly and monthly withdrawal limits, which you can find by tapping your profile picture > 'Limits'.

* This feature is not currently available to Morse users in Europe.
