This program is for inviting colleagues who work at the same company as you. You earn a reward when they get their salary from that shared employer paid into Morse.

This program is available in Mexico and Colombia. You and the colleague you invite both need to live in one of those countries to qualify, but the company you both work at can be based anywhere.

The reward you earn for each colleague you invite who qualifies is randomly allocated based on the chances below. You get one reward per colleague you invite.

You can receive up to five referral rewards in total across all our referral programs. After that, you can still invite colleagues, but you won't receive a reward.

The colleague you invite earns a reward too:

Only the salary payment from the company you both work at counts towards the reward. No other payment qualifies — for example, transfers from your own accounts, payments from a business you own or control, or any payment that's later refunded, reversed, or disputed.
