Fees
Fees depend on the token sent, the blockchain used, and whether we need to convert anything. Morse shows your exact fee before you confirm, so there are no hidden charges.
Sending USDC, USDG, or EURC on Solana does not charge fees, while moving other tokens, using other blockchains, or swapping digital dollars or euros for crypto could all carry fees.
Each token and network also has a minimum deposit amount, which you can see in Morse before you proceed.
Check the fee, exchange rate, and minimum in the app before you send. They may change as we add tokens, blockchains, and partners.
Processing times
How long a transfer takes depends on the blockchain. Morse shows an estimated arrival time before you confirm.
Transfers that cross from one blockchain to another take longer than ones that stay on the same blockchain. Heavy traffic on a blockchain can slow a transfer down, and neither Morse nor MoonPay controls that.
After the blockchain confirms your transaction, your deposit is converted into digital dollars or digital euros. Once converted, the deposit appears in your Morse Wallet for you to claim.
Limits
Each token and blockchain has a minimum amount, shown in the app before you send. Deposits below the minimum stay on hold until your next deposit brings the total above it.
Withdrawals have their own minimums and maximums for each token and blockchain. The app shows yours.
Exchange rates
You'll see an estimated exchange rate before you confirm a deposit or a withdrawal. The blockchain confirms the actual rate, so it can shift slightly while your transaction settles. The difference is usually small.
Double check before sending
A deposit can fail two ways, and we can't guarantee recovery in either.
Only send supported tokens — If you send a token that is not listed as supported for the address you were given, the funds may be permanently lost. Only send the supported tokens.
Only send via supported networks — Some tokens may exist on multiple blockchains, but you must send on one of the networks Morse supports for that token. For example, if you selected USDT on Tron but send USDT on Ethereum instead, this is a wrong-network deposit and your funds may not be recoverable.
Withdrawals carry the same risk in reverse. Morse checks that a destination address matches the blockchain you chose, but not who owns it. Money sent to an address you don't control can't be recovered.
