To move digital dollars or euros between your Morse Wallet and external wallets

Updated over a week ago

A transfer wallet is a self-custodial wallet used for moving digital dollars or digital euros in and out of your main Morse Wallet. Think of it as a temporary wallet that helps you transfer money between your main Morse Wallet and external wallets.

Transfer wallets are created when you need to deposit or receive money from outside of Morse. Each transfer wallet has its own private key, which you can export if needed.

🚨 Important

Do not share your transfer wallet or private keys with anyone, as they could use them to access and take your money.

To view your transfer wallet details:

  1. Tap your profile picture in the top left corner of your home screen

  2. Tap 'More'

  3. Tap 'Transfer wallet keys'

  4. If you don't have a transfer wallet yet, we'll guide you to create one

You can view and copy your transfer wallet keys to add digital dollars or digital euros to your main Morse Wallet, or you can export your private key to move money out of your Morse Wallet.

⚠️ Note

Add digital dollars or euros by sending them to your transfer wallet address. If you move digital currencies directly to your main Morse Wallet or sideload stablecoins, we may limit or remove your ability to use Morse.
