Contest Period
The contest begins on February 14, 2025, at 12:00 AM GMT and ends on February 28, 2025, at 11:59 PM GMT.
Eligibility
The contest is open to all Morse users new and existing, who successfully signed up and completed identity verification on the Morse app.
Employees of Avian Labs, Inc., its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
How to Participate
You must sync your phone contacts with the Morse app.
Only invites resulting in successful sign-ups with identity verification will be considered valid referrals.
By participating, you agree to allow their Morse username to be displayed on Morse's official social media channels.
Determination of Winners
Winners will be determined based on the total number of Morse contacts a user has at the end of the contest period.
The more verified referrals a user has, the higher their ranking.
There is a tiered prize structure from first to fifth place, in the event of a tie, at any place, a randomized drawing will be conducted to determine ranking positions.
Prize Money
A tiered prize structure will apply:
1st place: 300USDP
2nd place: 200USDP
3rd place: 150USDP
4th place: 100USDP
5th place: 50USDP
In the event of a tie, at any place, a randomized drawing will be conducted to determine ranking positions. For example, if six people qualify for 1st place, a random draw will assign them rankings from 1st to 5th place, and they will receive the corresponding prizes.
Prizes will be automatically deposited into the winners' Morse account on or before March 14, 2025, at 11:59 PM GMT. Winners will be notified through the Morse official channels.
Privacy
By participating, you consent to contact syncing for referral tracking.
Morse does not store contact names or phone numbers.
Any collected phone numbers are encrypted and inaccessible in plain text.
Morse only retains the number of linked successful referrals for ranking purposes.
Abuse and Fair Play
You must comply with applicable laws and Morse’s Terms of Service.
Any attempt to manipulate the contest or engage in fraudulent activity (e.g., fake referrals, bot usage, multiple accounts, artificially inflating their contact list) will result in disqualification.

Contest Changes and Termination
Morse reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time. Morse’s decisions regarding winners are final.

Morse is not responsible for technical issues, lost invitations, or other circumstances beyond its control that affect participation.
By participating, you release Morse from any liability related to the contest.
