Before you start

Add Morse as a withdrawal method in Upwork
Log in to Upwork.
Tap your profile icon (top right) > 'Settings' > 'Get Paid.'
Tap 'Add a Method.' Select 'Direct to U.S. Bank (ACH)' > 'Set Up.'
Fill in the form:
Account type — Individual Checking
Routing number — from your Morse app
Account number — from your Morse app
Make sure your name matches across your Morse and Upwork accounts, including middle names and special characters. A mismatch causes delays or failed transfers.
Withdraw your earnings
Go to 'Get Paid' and tap 'Get Paid Now.' Enter the amount and select your Morse US bank account.
Upwork also offers automatic weekly withdrawals every Wednesday, as long as your balance is $100 or more. Set this under 'Get Paid' > 'Withdrawal Schedule.' For balances under $100, withdraw manually at any time — the minimum is $1.
All Upwork earnings — hourly, fixed-price, and milestone contracts — withdraw the same way.
For security reasons, your new withdrawal method becomes active three calendar days after setup. This is standard for all new Upwork payment methods.
Fees, limits, and transfer times
Upwork charges $0 for ACH withdrawals to a US bank account.
Morse charges a 0.1% fee for international deposits to USD Account Details (free if you live in the United States). See Account Details fees and limits for the full breakdown.
Example: If you live outside the US and withdraw 5,000 USD from Upwork, you'd pay:
Upwork ACH fee: 0 USD
Morse 0.1% fee: 5.00 USD
You receive: 4,995.00 USD
ACH transfers arrive within 2–5 business days. Processing and clearing times vary by bank. ACH doesn't run on weekends or US federal holidays.
