How to get paid on Rippling with Morse

Connect Morse to Rippling and get paid without waiting days, paying high bank fees or watching your earnings shrink with currency conversion.

This guide walks you through five steps to connect your Morse account to Rippling. If you don't have Morse, download the app from the App Store or Google Play to open an account.

Step 1: Copy your Morse account details

In the Morse app, tap ‘USD account details’ to show your routing number and account number, then copy both.

Step 2: Log in to Rippling

Access the Rippling employee dashboard. Go to Pay > Payment Method or Direct Deposit settings.

Step 3: Update your direct deposit information

Select "Add Bank Account" or "Edit" the existing payment method.

Choose "Checking Account" and enter your Morse routing number and account number. Confirm the account holder name matches and save your changes.

Step 4: Confirm your account

Some employers need two small deposits to confirm the account (sometimes called 'micro-deposit verification'). If so, check the Morse app for the amounts and confirm in Rippling.

Step 5: Get paid on the next cycle

On the next payroll run, Rippling sends the direct deposit to Morse, which usually arrives on the same business day.
