Before you start
Open the Morse app and tap 'USD account details'. You'll need your routing number and account number for the steps below.

Add Morse as a withdrawal method in Rippling
Log in to the Rippling employee dashboard. Go to Pay > Bank Accounts and tap 'Add withdrawal method.'
Under Withdrawal type, select 'Bank Transfer.'
Set the bank account country to United States and the currency to USD. Paste your Morse routing number and account number, and set the bank account type to 'Checking.' Enter the account holder name exactly as it appears in your Morse account — it must match your Rippling profile name. Fill in your billing address, review the authorization, and sign to save.
Your Morse account is now set up as a withdrawal method in Rippling.
Confirm your account
Some employers verify new accounts with two small deposits (sometimes called micro-deposit verification). If this happens, check the Morse app for the deposit amounts and enter them in Rippling to confirm.
When your pay arrives
On the next payroll run, Rippling sends the direct deposit to your Morse account. It usually arrives the same business day. Check the Morse app to confirm receipt.
