For BRL Account Details, deposits must come from accounts registered in your name or be payroll payments. Any transfers from other individuals will be returned to sender.
For COP Account Details, deposits must come from accounts registered in your name, such as your other Colombian bank accounts. Any salary payments or third party transfers will be returned to sender.
If you need to receive money from a Brazilian or Colombian, we recommend they join Morse, so they can pay you instantly, with zero fees or limits!
We may review larger deposits for compliance, which can delay receiving your money into your Morse Wallet.
